PSN's Top Selling Indies 2011

Sony has announced via the US PlayStation blog which of the independent games distributed via PSN have sold the most this year. It's an eclectic mix as might be expected, including the wonderful Limbo (review here), Flower, Braid and Worms 2 Armageddon amongst others.

There are three lists - third party self published, Sony published and Pub Fund developments (a wonderful Sony initiative whereby the Pub Fund, which provides additional development budget for those teams that might not otherwise have the footing to make their game a reality. They’ve committed $20 million over the next three years to the Pub Fund because they believe this visionary and unique development mindset will ultimately advance and evolve PSN games as an art form).

So if you have a gaming gap between now and Santa's arrival take a look at the below lists and if you haven't played something take a look. Most games have demos on PSN and most, if not all, will be worth your investment!
